Law
Although we are now in the 21st century, the legal situation in the digital world still poses great challenges for law and politics. As in every discipline of “Smart Prevention”, interdisciplinary thinking is always required.
The lawyers who have their say in this area have relevant expertise. Professor Dr. Christoph Gusy of Bielefeld University is, among other things, an expert in information and data protection law and was one of the complainants in the constitutional complaint against data retention. Professor Dr. Jan Dirk Roggenkamp of the HWR Berlin is the attorney of record for the constitutional complaint against the online search.
His research focuses on the legal implications of IT-supported police work, especially in the field of fighting/prevention of cybercrime. Georg Ungefuk is senior public prosecutor and spokesman of the General Public Prosecutor’s Office in Frankfurt am Main.
