Digitisation will of course change the possibility and forms of crime. On the one hand, this applies to crimes that can only be committed in analog space. A murder is analog and will always remain analog. Here it will change the environment, the preparation or concealment of the Internet and digitalisation. On the other hand, there are also crimes that can only take place in the digital domain. This includes not only spying on a person, but in the future it will increasingly include changes to the infrastructure on which people are becoming more and more dependent. Means, for example, by manipulation, by hacking, by taking over or temporarily disabling or impairing, with the aim of obtaining monetary payments from the affected persons in order to get back their own information. The human being will be less and less the owner of his environment here. This is an estrangement process in which the hackers or criminals can get more involved.
